Lancers 25th Anniversary Hunters Menu
Our menu was inspired by the Bengal Lancers extraordinary passion and ability to hunt. Sure, they did it to refine their art. However, the main drive was always male camaraderie.
Hunter’s style Rabbit Tikka
Dressed in herbs and spices, skewered and barbequed. Tandoori Aberdeen Angus Beef skewered in our tandoori oven.
A native snack of the Mahrashtrians consisting of chick peas and baby potatoes in maasala sauce served with unleavened bread.
North Bengal Duck Maasalam
Cooked in a delicate Sarisha sauce.
Hyderabadi style Partridge Curry
Cooked in a gingery sauce with lots of fresh coriander.
Venison Khatta Pyaz
Cooked with sliced garlic, fresh herbs and diced onions.
Main dishes are served with rice and nan.
Maasala Mashed Potatoes
A spicy mashed potato dish with green chillies and onions.
Okra stir fried with sesame seeds.
